  • Spinning - Most Important Part of Textile Industry

Spinning is a major part of our textile industry. It is part of the textile manufacturing process where different types of fibres are converted into yarn, to manufacture blankets, which undergo finishing processes to become final product. Spinning is the twisting together of drawn out strands of fibres to form yarn, though it is colloquially used to describe the process of drawing out, inserting the twist, and winding onto bobbins. Ring-spinning is used for spinning of yarn.

The processes to make yarn short-staple yarn (typically spun from fibres from 0.75 to 2.0 Inch.) are blending, dyeing, opening, carding, pin-drafting, roving, spinning. The spinning frame winds yarn a bobbin. Generally, after this step the yarn is wound to a cone for weaving.

The company has 10 Automated Spinning Lines with latest Technology to produce 600 Tonnes of High Quality Yarn Per Month.

JWI makes Ring Spun Yarns on the System from count ranging from 1 Nm to 14 Nm. Comprising sophisticated machines and proficient professionals, our unit also facilitates us in offering custom made products as per the style patterns of clients.

Weaving - 2nd Most Important Part of Textile Industry in Production

Weaving is a method of fabric production in which two distinct sets of yarns are interlaced at right angles to form a fabric. Using warp and weft method in which these threads are inter woven affects the characteristics of the cloth.

Fabric is woven on a loom, a device that holds the warp threads in place while filling threads are woven through them.

The way the warp and filling threads interlace with each other is called the weave. The majority of woven products are created with one of three basic weaves: plain weave, satin weave, or twill. Woven cloth can be plain or can be woven in decorative and artistic designs.

The company has Latest Automated Shuttle Less Weaving Machinery with Fully Functional Design & Pattern to meet the need of our valuable customers.

Packing - Despatches The technology of enclosing and protecting products

Packing-Despatches is the technology of enclosing and protecting products for distribution with the process of design, evaluation, and production of packages. Packaging as a coordinated system of preparing goods for transport, logistics and end use.

From the Ancient era to the Modern era and then to 20th Century Packaging and Logistics Quality improved a lot. Earlier Packing materials used natural materials like paper, wooden barrels, woven bags etc. converted to Tinplate and then in the 20th century included transparent cellophane overwraps, panels on cartons, increased processing efficiency, and improved goods safety. Additional materials such as aluminum and plastic strips were developed to incorporate into packaging to improve performance and functionality.

Many prominent innovations in the packaging industry were developed and implemented in our company. The company has all modern and efficient machinery for Packing of Goods in different Size, Style & Weight with Labeling on Bales / Cartoon along with all the shipment details.

Primary packaging is the material that first envelops the product and holds it. This usually is the smallest unit of distribution or use and is the package which is in direct contact with the contents. Secondary packaging is outside the primary packaging, perhaps used to group primary packages together. Tertiary packaging is used for bulk handling, warehouse storage and transport shipping.

    Shipping Container & Labeling

Technologies related to shipping containers are identification codes, barcodes, and electronic data interchange (EDI). These three core technologies serve to enable the company functions in the process of shipping containers throughout the distribution channel.
